Delivery check
Upon receiving your order, please ensure the number of parcels matches the delivery note. If you notice any damage, openings, or signs of tampering, note it on the receipt and include: “Pending inspection.”

Claims must be made within 7 calendar days from delivery. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and confirmation from our team.
