Delivery

Processing & dispatch: we prepare and ship your order within a maximum of 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Carrier: we work with UPS, with online tracking included.

Standard delivery: delivery is made without signature as our standard service.

Signature required (UPS Extra): if you prefer signature on delivery, please request it before shipment. An additional fee will apply.

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and transport.

The fixed part covers order preparation and protection of your items.

The variable part depends on the total weight of the shipment.

We recommend placing one single order to optimize shipping costs.

We cannot merge separate orders, so shipping charges would apply to each order individually.

Your parcels travel under your responsibility, but we use sturdy boxes and special protective materials for fragile items.

Timeframe: you have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.

Item condition: products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

How to request: email us at llinares@llinaresimport.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return costs: return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.

Refund or exchange: once the goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
