Standard delivery: delivery is made without signature as our standard service.

Signature required (UPS Extra): if you prefer signature on delivery, please request it before shipment. An additional fee will apply.
Shipping costs

Shipping fees include handling, packing, and transport.

The fixed part covers order preparation and protection of your items.

The variable part depends on the total weight of the shipment.
Recommendation

We recommend placing one single order to optimize shipping costs.

We cannot merge separate orders, so shipping charges would apply to each order individually.
Packaging and responsibility

Your parcels travel under your responsibility, but we use sturdy boxes and special protective materials for fragile items.
Returns

Timeframe: you have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.

Item condition: products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Return costs: return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.
